3. Stop in to one of our locations
if you choose to email us please make sure that you indicate which location you would like to make the appointment for (Fargo or Grand Forks) and include your contact information along with two options for your appointment date and time. We will follow up with you via email to confirm your appointment and give you a reminder call the day prior to your appointment.
*New consultation email appointment request will need to include a contact telephone number so that we may reach you with any prep instructions or questions.
